Licence agreement

This End User License Agreement (EULA) governs access to and use of the XVAR application. By creating an account or using the application, you unreservedly accept all of the provisions below.

XVAR grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license allowing you to use the application in accordance with its purpose. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish (videos, photos, comments, messages). It is strictly prohibited to share content that is violent, defamatory, hateful, obscene, discriminatory, misleading, or contrary to applicable laws. XVAR applies a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment, discrimination, explicit nudity, incitement to hatred, or any form of abuse.

The application provides reporting and blocking tools to combat abuse. Any notification is reviewed diligently and may result in the immediate removal of the disputed content, suspension of the account concerned and, if necessary, referral to the competent authorities.

XVAR reserves the right to limit, suspend, or delete any account that violates this EULA or the law, without prior notice. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent exclusion from the platform.

The information you provide is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect your data and prevent any fraudulent use.
