From the app
- 1Open the XVAR app and go to your profile.
- 2Tap the settings icon, then “Delete my account”.
- 3Send us your request by email from the address linked to your account.
Delete your XVAR account
You can ask us to delete your XVAR account and the associated data at any time.
You no longer have the app?
Email us from the address linked to your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. A parent or legal guardian can make the request on behalf of a minor.

What gets deleted
- Your profile and personal information
- Your videos, photos and comments
- Your messages and activity on XVAR
Data retention
Your data is deleted or anonymised no later than 12 months after your account is closed, unless a legal obligation requires a longer retention period, for example in the event of a dispute.
We confirm the processing of your request by email.
